My first flat in London and second refurbishment project.  I removed the wall between the two rooms at the front of the property, and brought the kitchen into the new space from the rear.  This created a much larger open plan living and dining area - although it’s all relative - the flat was tiny!  Full re-dec throughout and a new bathroom.

It was an awesome place to live in my 20’s and I miss it. Although the prospect of squishing a husband, two kids, two whippets and all their associated clobber into that space would be quite a challenge!
