GDI were entirely responsible for the complete refurbishment of this four storey listed townhouse situated in the heart of Clerkenwell. The project comprised submitting an extensive LBC application to Islington which included re-configuring the Lower Ground Floor and re-siting the Kitchen from the existing 1990’s Brutalist extension to the original house. The house benefited from a mechanical and electrical overhaul, an extensive bespoke joinery package, a new bespoke Kitchen, four new Bathrooms/Cloakrooms and decorative works throughout.
